OTHER TOD & MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
ArLand has worked with a number of planners, architects, and engineers in developing station area plans for jurisdictions in the Denver metro area as the light rail and commuter rail system builds out. Our role is often the market study, which helps set the framework for the type, intensity, and timeline for different uses on a site. Studies can be site specific or cover multiple sites along a corridor. Many of the sites are mixed use. ArLand analyzes each use separately and then often works with architects and planners in developing the optimum mix.
